Fast way to enable unattended access on two users quick help!

Hello,
So I have mupliple accounts that I use with LogMeIn Rescue. I am working in a place where I want to have unattended access on multiple computers. 

We use two users for support and I want to add the unattended access computers to both of the accounts. Is it possible to do add a computer on one of the users and then it automaticly goes to the other one?

If not I need to do the prosess 2 times and I am talking about alot of computers...

Hello joakimeg!

 

If I understood your question correctly, you have a lots of pre-installed unattended access to client devices with one of your rescue technicians and you want to copy/add this unattended access list to another technician in your rescue organization?

In that case, you should drag and drop the computers list from the first techie to the second techie in the AdminCenter hierarchy tree and choose copy or move as your wish.
