There are 5 of us in an office and all of us use LMI rescue. for a few months now we have been experiencing a strange problem that we are unable to find a solution/explanation for.
We can be using LMI rescue normally for a while and everything works fine. but eventually we will be unable to generate a new pincode or transfer sessions to another techniciain. If you try to transfer a session, you just can't see that any other technician is online. If you try to create a new pin, you are able to click "new session" up at the top, then when you click "Create PIN Code" nothing happens. The problem persists until you restart rescue (you have to close it from the task manager). The final clue that we have is that it only happens on our office network. If somebody VPN's into another one, their rescue is stable.
Not sure if this is the correct Forum for it support but this has been ongoing for quite a while and we would very much appreciate any insight.
