Browser Plugin Corrupt Message

I'm getting browser addin/plugin is corrupt error in Firefox, Chrome and IE. All browsers then ask me to manually download an exe file, which downloads and inastalls but all browsers show a pluging is needed and try to install it again. With the same "plugin is corrupt" message.

I've installed the Desktop app which is working aoky(ish) but as a company we prefer to use the browser version.

It should be something like this with IE11 on Win8.1:

Hey there!

The Technician Console Web app only works in Internet Explorer as of now, so let's focus on that. Can you tell me what version of IE you are using right now? IE 11 is the preferred version at the moment.

Also, if you could PM me a screenshot of the error itself I could dive in a little deeper for you!
