Can not restart the Applet as a daemon

Hello folks!

When I try to restart Applet as Mac daemon the warning message comes up: "This Mac user does not have rights to restart the Applet as a daemon. Please use login credentials with Administrator rights" , but i am definitely sure that account belongs to "admin" type and it must have required permissions. I would appreciate your suggestions.

1. It is the only user that i have. It is base-level admin account

Just a few things I'd like to confirm before we dive in a little deeper.

Does the computer have more than one user account on it, and are you using the original, base-level admin account?
What operating system is the computer using?
