Screen appearance since upgrade to 7.11.3140

Hi, since yesterday's upgrade I no longer get a full-screen view of the target PC, instead I get a view in which the PC's screen occupies only around two thirds of the centre of my screen, with white space to the left and right.

I've tried all the available view and resolution settings (that I can find) to no avail, can anyone please advise?

I'm on a Windows10 PC.

Hi Sandor,

it's the desktop TC - how do I attach a screenshot?

And I have another observation - again since the upgrade, caps lock does not work on the client. The shift key works for individual letters, but caps lock does not. I have tested this on three separate clients.

my Windows 10 machine is set to 1680 x 1050, and the client's Windows Server 2012 is set to 1024 x768.

I have connected to 4 or 5 other customer's servers and PCs since the upgrade, and they all show the same problem, I've tried changing full screen, colour quality and size settings in LMIR, even the colour scheme in the technician console, but nothing works!

It's probably something stupid that I'm missing, but I can't see it. Would a screenshot help?

Could you give some further details about the environment? What is your and your client's screen resolutions and what kind of OS/OSX does your customer have?
