GotoTraining does not recognize paypal verification

I am attempting to create a paid webinar with Goto Training. My PayPal (that I've had since 2007) is verified and I am using the primary email on the account. However, I keep getting this message.

"GoToTraining is now linked to PayPal. There are additional steps required.

Please verify your PayPal account."

Please help.

@MrsMac09 If you've already tried de-linking your PayPal account, and testing an alternate, please call into Customer Support to create a case for examination. Once you have a successful link there should be no more issues.

My organization gave up on using PayPal and GoToTraining to receive payments. I wish you better luck.

Can anyone support me with this as I am having this same issue. I'm trying to link my paypal with goto without any success for the last 6 months!!!

Hi Arimah,
I've had some success with occasional PayPal sync issues by de-synchronizing my PayPal account through GoToTraining's Revstream area (remove any PayPal data completely), save the change, then refresh the web page and re-add your PayPal account info again.

Sorry about that Arimah, I've let our documentation team know. Are you located in the USA and using USD as your currency with Paypal?

Thank you for responding, Glenn. I've already consulted that tutorial and as far as I can see, I am in compliance. Plus, those PayPal instructions are outdated as paypal has updated their interface and doesn't look as pictured in the link anymore, making those instructions obsolete.
