connection problem

Hello, I have a problem, meanwhile the session happened; an error occurs it said "The connection failed" we cant access anymore. We try to enter again but the error persist

Hi Lizeth,
Sorry about that.
If you have a GoToTraining stuck in session, try to host a Train Now / impromptu GoToTraining session to override the last one.

Yes, at this time I can ́t access, because appears like if I am still connected. Could you please help me to close the session in order to try to enter again

I'm sorry for the connection failure there.
Your report description sounds to be network / ISP related. Have you since checked to confirm your PC is still online and connected to the internet correctly?
