Students marked wrong - when selecting the correct answers

I have test questions (multiple correct answers) that are marking the student wrong, when they have selected the correct answers. Not sure what is going on with it.

Look at these answers:
Q4: Please select the properties associated with Pigment colorant inks
Student 1: More fade resistant, Dull, less vibrant color, Used for printing on dark color surfaces
Student 2: More fade resistant, Dull, less vibrant color, Used for printing on dark color surfaces
Student 3: Dull, less vibrant color, Used for printing on dark color surfaces , fade resistance
Student 4: More fade resistant, Dull, less vibrant color, Used for printing on dark color surfaces Student 5: More fade resistant, Dull, less vibrant color, Used for printing on dark color surfaces Student 6: More fade resistant, Dull, less vibrant color, Used for printing on dark color surfaces Student 7: More fade resistant, Dull, less vibrant color, Used for printing on dark color surfaces Student 8: More fade resistant, Dull, less vibrant color, Used for printing on dark color surfaces Student 9: More fade resistant, Dull, less vibrant color, Used for printing on dark color surfaces
Student 10: Dull, less vibrant color, Used for printing on dark color surfaces , fade resistance

Student 3 and 10 took the same test as everyone else but look at answer of "more fade resistant"
It has been placed at the end and worded differently "fade resistant"
They both had selected everything correctly according to their test results (received after submitting) but both were marked with a red x next to the question.
