Reports for My Recordings

Is there a report that I can run to see who has registered for a recorded session in My Recordings? Also, we would like to see details about how long the participant was in the video..etc. I am seeing very little on reporting in Go To Training and nothing specific for My Recordings.

This reporting is available for the live original sessions but not the recordings of those sessions to my knowledge. My guess is the sales person misunderstood your question (or at least I hope so and they weren't trying to just tell you what you wanted to hear).

Wow. That's disappointing. I asked specifically for this capability when I talked to sales and was told it was part of the reporting.

Hi Toni, I have to go into "My Recordings," find the recording I want to report on, and click the number in the "Views" column. That opens up a report of who accessed the recording on what date and time. It does not, nor has it ever noted the time a person spent on the recording. I've asked for that feature for YEARS.
