When they try to type in responses to the questions we've customized in our registration and evaluation forms (questions of the short answer type), many of our customers report that they cannot submit their text. When they try to submit their form, the text disappears. Are there specific restrictions on text entry that we need to alert them to?

They are entering larger amount of text into the Comments and Questions field in the registration form or a custom field using the Short Answer option. Can the character limit be increased or can you show some error message when the limit has been reached? It is confusing for the person completing the form because it's unclear why they are unable to submit the form once they've entered in a question that exceeds the limit.

Hi Timi, I believe the limit is 1024 characters. Are your attendees trying to enter large amounts of text like that into the chat or Q and A?

I am having a similar problem. It seems to have to do with the length of the question submitted. Is there a character restriction on the Short answer or Comment & Questions section? If so, is there a way to increase it? And, if not, can you tell me what it is so I can add that note to my question?

Hi Flavia, I tested the registration page you sent me and I was able to register as long as I filled out the required fields. I'm not sure why your attendee ran into this issue.

Hi, I would like to share an example that just happened today.
I have received feedback from one trainee trying to register today:

"I've been trying to register, it gives me back an answer that I haven't filled out a field, which is not correct. I hope the same issue does not appear with other participants."

She had filled the open field in the form, and of course all mandatory fields (she sent me a screen shot). But she could not finalize the registration.

I have 9 other people who registered without problems, some of which added text to the open field, some who did not.

What is the problem?
