When we first access GoToTraining to hold a new session, we can use the webcam, sometimes to record, sometimes not...both ways it works great! And when we're done, we click the "x" to end that session.
However, if we need to hold another session later that same day, we can start the session just fine, but when we click on the webcam icon to start using it, we only see a spinning icon, & the camera never loads or becomes active for that session (or any other after that).
We've checked all the settings on our computers, logged-out of GoTo, quit the browsers, restarted the computers...basically all the troubleshooting we know of. But we still cannot get the webcam to work until the next day. HELP!
