remote support billing system

I could not copy and paste it from the feature request form as the thread post window is not letting me paste, but yet i can paste to any other window. Anyways, I have a automatic billing system that uses logmein and the current features if anyone is interested feel free to contact me.

If anyone is interested I run a tech firm and am just about to launch a remote support service that uses the Rescue service.

I have programmed automatic billing and login through external web interfaces using the already existing logmein features.

Basically a user logs into there account and can choose the type of billing method they want, and it will log them into rescue and once the session is done the billing system receives the chat session and automcatically bills the client appropriatley, now I say appropriatley because some clients pay with CC, some with monthly contracts, some with service contracts, some pay by the minute, some by the type of issue. All chat sessions must be approved by the tech after completion and any changes to billing(say if the tech screwed up the call you can give it for free), or you can change any of the information that will go through to billing before it is billed. Then like I said once approved everything is automatic.

If anyone is interested in this type of system I would be more then happy to discuss a deal that would be mutually beneficial.

user name (at) domain name (dot) com

e.g. johnsmith (at) yahoo (dot) com

Not foolproof, but might stop those pesky spammers harvesting your email address...
