This issue happened to me yesterday. We had only one person take the test and 6 sessions were open. It reported that 100% were submitted with 20% accuracy. Whereas the 1 person who completed the test got 100%. We were using Windows 7 Professional.
I am sorry we don't have any updates around this accuracy issue yet. I will inquire with the GoToTraining team to see if they have any improvements lined up.
I just wanted to let you know that this issue continues to occur. What data does the percentage number pull from? My assumption is that if I have 10 attendees and 7 have submitted the test, then "70% submitted" should appear. However, if those 7 attendees exit the session and only 3 attendees remain, then it would show "0% submitted." Currently, it consistently says "100% submitted"
Any updates on this?
Hi Vital,Sorry for any confusion there. Normally this feature is pretty accurate when it comes to attendee interactions. Would you be able to confirm the operating systems in use by the problem attendee please?
