Time in Session is empty but it says person attended in the Attended column

When I run the attendee report for one of our recent sessions that was just one day it is showing a Yes under the Attended column but then is empty under the Time in Session column. There is a name and email there although I hide it for the purposes of posting a picture of what I mean:

All other attendees that show Yes under Attended have a value of Time in Session and the ones that don't all have a No for having Attended. Any idea on why this may be happening or what it means? As if this person didn't actually attend then I need to follow-up with him if not then we are all set and I can finish out the process we have.

No not yet. I wanted to try to get our information together first before contacting them since they are a customer to us. However if that is necessary to help troubleshoot I can reach out to them and check how they joined/attended.

Hi Melissa,

Have you been in contact with this attendee at all, do you happen to know how they attended the training session? I'm researching to see if this could be due to them using a mobile device to attend.
