We set all our GotoTraining sessions as 'Manually Approve'.
The issue we are experiencing is whenever a customer enters their details on the Registration page and are brought to the Confirmation page, there is some text that says, "A confirmation email has been sent to you".
As our settings are 'Manually Approve', the registrant does not receive a confirmation email unless we approve them (due to size limitations of our classes, we move registrants to a future/later session)
However, the text mentioned above causes confusion with our customers and we often get 10-15 calls per session because they weren't aware that their place in the session was not approved/confirmed.
Is there a way to:
- Modify this message to say "Your registration for this session has not been confirmed until you receive a confirmation email"?
- Add an option to use a custom registration page?
- A way to use a company logo larger than 160x160 pixels? (We attempted to put text in an image and upload it as our company logo, but the image size is too big)
