Email invitation

Good morning, we have a problem with sending an invitation email to the registered account (Email the webinar registration info to yourself. Then send the invite to attendees.), We are not coming from the share option or the send invitation button, the mail address works correctly, we have already performed the corresponding tests in the trial version and we always work. Someone could help us to solve this problem, thank you very much.

Hello, the reception of mail mbbalari@bas.com.ar we arrived correctly. I commented that this mail address was created especially when we did not get mail with the address that we had initially created for gotowebinar, maybe blocked by domain and not by email address.

Likewise, many thanks for the prompt resolution of the problem.

The address mbbalari@bas.com.ar had sent our servers back too many emails (automatic denial), so we eventually stopped sending them.

I have now cleared your address from this list in order to clear the blockage. You may now resent any GoToWebinar emails you were attempting to receive previously, but be sure that you're not blocking our emails please.

Everything you said we already did and checked. We do not know how to go about solving this problem. Could it be that Gotowebinar is having problems with the server that sends this type of mails? Can you verify that the mail service works without problems? Thanks again.

Hi Mara,
If you're saying that you don't receive the GoToWebinar Registration / Invitation template since you've upgraded to a paid plan, I would first double check your email spam filter to see if they are getting caught there.

As another test, you can change the email login to a different address, then resend the invitation again to see if there's a provider filter somewhere.
