@AshC I got off the phone with support not too long ago and it looks like the feature may be removed from newer builds? I have tried using Chrome, Firefox, and Edge browsers. It also occurred for the support team when they tried hosting trainings with my GoToTraining Pro account.
@J Newgen I'm sorry about that. Are you seeing this failure for every training you conduct?
Are you using the current Chrome browser version there as well?
I am also missing the Edit a doc feature from my GTT Pro account. I am using a Dell Windows 10 computer too and have a Gmail account. Was the cause for this issue found?
