Is there a way to determine which attendees downloaded which handouts during the webinar?
I regularly include handouts for my webinars, which are normally sponsor handouts. It would be beneficial if I could knew who (if any) actually downloaded the handouts.
@Runview thanks for sharing your feedback and idea.
I've moved your comment here, feel free to add a vote (kudo). I will share this with the team and provide any updates.
Hi,
GoToWebinar allows us to upload files beforehand so that attendees can view or download them during the webinar. Unfortunately, I don't think it allows us to see who saw or downloaded which document. This would provide valuable information as to which attendee is interested by the product or service and therefore help proritize contacts after the webinar.
Do you think this feature could be added in the future?
Hi @Shannen, not at this time. We will update the status of this Idea when there is something to share.
Any progress on implementing this idea/suggestion?
Hi, I would like to suggest a report on how many people download the documents you can upload during the session.
@AshC is there any news on this subject (possibility to see who downloaded the documents) ?
Hi there! How can you offer an Engagement Report without this information? Very disappointing 😞
Is it possible in the meantime to have a report about who (or at least how many times) downloaded the documents in the handouts section?
Thanks in advance!
Sofie
So you offer the option to add a document but can't track who downloads it, that's a huge miss.
@DWhetstone We don't currently track the number of downloads, though you could link to an external document source that does take note of each visit.
When we attach a handout(s) to our webinar, is there a way to see the total number of downloads? Are we able to see which individual attendees downloaded the handout(s)? If not, is this something that could be added to the Engagement Report?
Thank you for your help and consideration!
@Dmfrizzi I'm afraid we don't have a public roadmap available currently, but I can say that we're working to bring unity to the GoTo services, in ways that will offer cross-product functionality later this year.
I'm a new customer and it's discouraging to see that customers have been asking for this feature for more than four years and it has not been implemented. This is valuable feedback and it's unfortunate that we have no insight to how this feature of your tool is being used. Do you have a product road map to indicate when we might expect this feature to materialize?
@KBuff I'm sorry we don't have an ETA yet for GoToWebinar Analytics improvements. Rest assured ther are still on our priority list for the near future.
Any update on this yet? I'd love to know if we can view analytics on handouts! Thanks!
Hi @Robyn636 ,
Sorry, there are no current plans to report on the number of GoToTraining Materials downloads.
What's the timing on the 'Handouts' reporting feature? If we're unable to add a link to report downloads, data should be included in the other reports.
No updates for Handouts Reports yet, but we'll update the Community as new information is released.
Would be helpful to know who is downloading which handouts.
It would be great if we could track who downloads handouts we attach to webinars. That should show in one of the reports. That would indicate a "warmer" lead to our salespeople who follow up with webinar attendees.
