I would love to see GoToWebinar automatically email attendee reports after a live or simulated live webinar concludes, rather than requiring users to manually download the report. This enhancement would be particularly beneficial for simulated live webinars. Our team assigns colleagues to monitor questions and attendance…
In a webinar, we're able to tag questions as answered, follow-up, etc. However, these tags are not reported in the Q&A report which makes it kind of pointless to mark them as follow-up since we can't see which ones to follow up on later. I'd like to request a column be added to the report that shows the tags.
We have some excellent events recorded over 2 years ago. They still produce registrations on our newly activated GoToStage, but it is a challenge to get any analytics on them as they are over the analytics recording period. Is there a way to change the analytics request to show 'registrations in the past 2 years' instead…
I would like to be able to enter a registrant's email address and see what other webinars they attended or registered for in our history/future. This would help me qualify webinar attendees as promising sales leads.
Our company hosts different types of webinars: lead generation from Marketing and Training from Customer Success. We'd like a way to tag or categorize the webinars when they are created so when we are running reports or filtering/selecting webinars in the Analytics and/or Reporting section, there is a way to easily filter…

I went to cancel a webinar and inserted my new copy message. However, I wanted to save and preview. What occurred was the system automatically Cancelled the webinar and didn't send a message to registrants. Now, I can't return to a saved copy to make edits or the fact that an email that wasn't entirely ready to deploy…
Hi there, Is there a way to find out how many participants participated via browser, desktop or smartphone? We are discussing about integrating more interactivity into our webinars which only makes sense if the majority of attendees join via desktop / browser and not mobile. Thanks, Thomas
Hi, In a standard webinar using the new desktop app, the attendees have options to send 'reactions' during the webinar (like, heart etc). It would be great if there was a report to show the insights of these reactions that's available to organisers to view in the analytics section after the webinar. It will help them…
We move our webinar library from one system to another one. We have around 50 webinars that we need to move into GTW. Unfortunately, it's super time-consuming for us as I can't upload more video materials at one time and I need to do it one by one. It seems that this is quite an outdated approach and now - every system…
