Cannot add user to GoToTraining in the Admin portal

Trying to add a user to GoToTraining via the Admin console - and get error that user already exists, even though they clearly don't...... When phoning the support line, have now been hung up, whilst waiting listening to hold music, 3 times.... Need help URGENTLY.......

Opssm: Win10Ent
Browser: Chrome
Error message: Email dawnbalsdon@saintelizabeth.com is already in use. No users were created or invited. (also attached)
