Missing Activity in Chrome

There seems to be a problem with Choosing a activity with Google Chrome.
My class has video links loaded into Materials for my class. When i choose a activity, it loaded the webpage, But when i choose "View a Video, Image, or PDF" it shows nothing in the list, and just give me a option to "add new". But when i load it in FireFox, All my videos are there.

I have tried this on multiple computer, with the same result.

Hi Eddie,
We are currently investigating this issue, and believe it may be related to javascript. If using an alternate browser is not acceptable you can temporarily disable Javascript on the Manage Polls/Survey/Test or Evaluation page itself and Refresh the page to prompt the drop down to appear.

If you'd like to help us investigate further, we could use a HAR file to examine fully:

Press F12 to open Chrome Dev Tools
Click the Network tab
Select the Preserve Log and Disable Cache options
1. Make sure that the All selection is chosen
Reproduce the issue in the customer's environment
Right click in the list below the timeline and select Save as HAR with content
