READ: Issues accessing Rescue

Hi, I've seen a couple posts here, and we've received a few emails regarding access to parts of Rescue throwing a 404 (page cannot be found) error message.

Our service is 100% operational, but it looks like there is an ISP/backbone issue impacting some users' routes to our west coast data center.

In order to work around this issue, you can have your users visit:

Tech - https://usva.logmeinrescue.com

Customer - https://usva.logmeinrescue.com/Customer/Code.aspx

Note that you will probably receive an SSL warning in the browser, but it can be safely ignored.
