i have just tried to use LMI rescue while supporting a customer, heres what happened, it was quite confusing (i'm not a mac user myself)
(safari + firefox)
went to
http://www.logmein123.com generated a PIN and customer entered it in
got the applet download page
the applet then download a PKG file (thats what the client said)
when he tryed to open this file an applet flashed up then nothing happend
i'm not really sure what was going on here
does anyone have an ideas or a bit more indepth info for me as there seems to be no documentation on the Mac client
