Host Computer has been unavailable for 3 months

My mac computer has been listed as unavailable since "Unavailable since 3/9/17 1:29 PM PST"

I know the machine is online because I am currently accessing this site from the host computer.

I'm using MacOS Sierra 10.12.4 and the gotomypc program can be seen running in this screenshot https://www.dropbox.com/s/s1lrowaopw0xjtv/Screenshot%202017-06-05%2013.49.16%20PM.png?dl=0 I've attempted to redownload the app but when I go to the download link I'm given a windows installer. When I open the program to update it, it says that it is using the latest version

I've been working around this for a while now, but now i am faced with a task where i NEED this to work

Hi Robert,
First, try to remove any older GoTo software using this small tool. Then reboot, and test the install once again.

I removed the computer, I got the download link but when I try to reinstall it says Installation failed

If you 'edit' the Host nickname in your My Computers list, you may remove the previous holding space, and then receive a new download option to set up another host computer.

I have rebooted. And i ran the full software removal link. Someone else in the office uses the software too, so i will check with them.

But in the interim could you give me a link so i can redownload the mac client

Hi Robert,
Sorry about any conflicts there on your Host Macintosh.
Since the problem began, have you tried rebooting your affected Host, and / or testing the same connection from an alternate network? If not, are there any other Host computers on that same network currently in operation?
