Hello! Today, I had a User submit a ticket involving their audio. They work from home, so they log into GoToMyPC using their personal PC. Upon login, they tried to open an .mp3 file from their email. They were not able to hear the audio from their speakers, and informed me. I checked their account and logged into their PC.…
I connect to my remote computer, do what I need to do, but then find I cannot log off, athough I can disconnect. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can fix this as I don't really want to disconnect whilst still logged on?
The users at my company all have either two monitors connected to their computers' onboard graphics adapters via DisplayPort and HDMI (one of each), or else are using Lenovo laptops hooked up to docking stations that allow them to run two monitors while the laptop is shut. We've had a number of problems lately with users…
Hi When we install gtmpc we are seeing slow connecting to server in the software window just after where we put our account details and then after the name details. GTMPC hangs for a period of time which is causing us issues when we are setting up our environment and eventually locking us out of our account. This is…
I have a MAC at my fulltime home, in NJ, and a second home in NYC. I'm unable to access my work computer thru Gotomypc from either MAC. Can you suggest a fix?

I just turned it on again from a computer in the same office as my host and realized that the connection notification blurb does not show up on the blank screen. The monitor's just off. I'm…
Over the course of the last few weeks, several of my users have attempted to log into their computers via Gotomypc. They see the machines as available and active, so they click the Connect button and the screen tells them it's trying to connect, but eventually the attempt times out. Trying to restart the Gotomypc service…
Is anyone having issues? I can connect and see the Mac screen, but that is all. I have a ticket open with support but wondering if anyone has also had this issue, or figured out a workaround. Thanks
One of my users, possibly more, reports that she has been connecting to her desktop from a remote site only to be told that her monitors are not blanking. She has three monitors connected to her PC. She has Windows 11, Gotomypc version 25.6.4302, and her display cards are the AMD Radeon R5 430 and Intel(R) UHD Graphics 750…
