Detailed Activity Report

Is there a report that I can pull off GOTOMYPC that shows the usage of the activity detail for the credit union. I found the place but it would only let me pull up Sept 11 to Octo 11 2017.

You can definitely go back up to 365 days.

Could you try running the same report in a different web browser?

The error message said "Please select a new date range; Reports cannot be generated for dates before July 11, 2017. It still gave me an error message when I keyed in this date. But when I keyed in July 12, 2017, it provided me with a report.

It wouldn't even let me view more than Sept 11 to Oct 11; kept getting an error message.

Hi Karen,
If you were looking for connection times older than 12 months, I'm afraid that is the upper limit of how long we keep reporting data for.
