need to add user to shared user list on host PC

I cannot find someone in the top list so that I can "grant access" to the host PC and add her to the bottom list. How do I get "Tammy.Virgin@emcare.com" added to the top list so that I can add her to the bottom list?

Hi Linda,
You'll want to add this person to your Corporate GoToMyPC account first as a user in order to add them as a secondary / shared user for your selected Host computer.
