Is there a way to keep recording a session when showing a video? I got a notification pop up saying that my recording of my webinar will not record while a video is showing. Is this true? Why won't it record the video as wel as it is part of my presentation?
If thats the purpose why won't it record the video (entire broadcast) so people can download your webinar on your webiste and re-watch the webinar again? just doesn't make sense.
Yes Stephanie, the recording addition option to your GoToWebinar schedule is for the purpose of sharing during a live broadcast with your attendees.
So when I add a video into a live webinar will my attendees be able to see it? It just won't be recorded?

Recording is paused when you share a video during a webinar, it will start again once the video ends and you begin screen sharing again. Currently, if you want to include the shared video in your recording, you have to edit the converted GoToWebinar recording and add it.
