For the last two days registered attendees have told us that when they attempt to join the session has already ended. this is while we are still in the session.

Sorry for any confusion there.
When this happens, are you usually in session already with the scheduled GoToWebinar for a period of time?
Do you know if the Attendees tried using the same join link in an alternate web browser, or attempted to use the original webinar registration link?
