I have two 18 inch monitors on my host and one 32 inch monitor on my remote computer. When I log in from the remote computer it shows one monitor at a time and a little bit of the second. If the mouse gets close to the edge of the screen it automatically starts to scroll to the second monitor. Is there any way to lock this so that I have to press the arrow to toggle back and forth between screens when I'm in full screen? I can't stand how it will automatically start to scroll if I move the mouse too close to the edge and using the window view hasn't worked because it doesn't seem to allow me to adequately re-size the window.
Hi Danomyte,
I understand your frustrations there.
To work around this viewer confusion, the veiwer window has to be the exact relative size (1-1, 1-2, 1-3 etc.) as hour Host monitor. This way, you can click on the small arrows to move between active monitors.
When you expand the GoToMyPC client viewer frame to be wider or taller than your Host montors, you'll either see blackness where the Host monitor ends, or a continuation onto the secondary / tertiary monitors -- which triggers the scrolling behavior.
