Logmein Rescue Failed to create applet folder access is denied

Hi All,

I have come across this issue for the last few days on computers that i try to connect to running on windows 10 build 1709

It states LogMeIn Rescue Failed to create applet folder access is denied

Can I have any suggestion on what is causing this.

What happens to me is that the user goes through the initial prompts but after the last one after the UAC prompt it says this and we cannot do anything else.
