For a little while now my mouse point has the arrow with a box on it like a QR code and the pointer is hard to see. Can't figure out how to fix this. Anyone see this before? I am on Windows 10 with Console version 7.11.3140.
Here is a link to a screenshot of the icon.

I am using the Desktop TC version 7.11.3140 (64-bit). When I connect to the remote computer I am on Low res, but I have tried going to higher res and it did not make a difference. I tried the beta console. Didn't work with Edge or Chrome. Used it with IE and it said it was runing console version 7.11.3141. Same problem. I just went to a Windows 7 machine that I had and it was running console 7.10.3035 and the mouse pointer looked fine on that one. I then did the console update to 7.11.3140 and now I have the distorded pointer that I am having on the other computer. So clearly there is something in the latest update that is causing the problem.
Hello MacTech!I couldn't reproduce it,but I would like to ask some further details. -Do you use browser base TC or Desktop version?
If you use browser TC, what kind of browser do you use?-What is the resolution of the applet/client side?-Could you try this on our Beta.logmeinrescue.com site as well?
Firstly without TC update, and if you still could reproduce it, with a TC update too?
Best Regards,Sandor
Thank you for the reply. I am using Windows 10 on the TC side. Doesn't seem to matter which OS I am on on the applet side.
