We are in the middle of holding a GTT session and we share videos through the Activities feature. Attendees viewing from an iPhone are unable to view the videos. Is there an additional step that must occur for them to view the video. It used to load automatically on their screen and they then would press play, however this is not ocurring. Is this related to the new iOS update possibly?
Thank you for the update. Is there a timeline as to when this issue will be fixed? As this was an available option for iPhones and iPads previously. And could you please provide a list of the devices that the Activities Feature is not working? We would like to post a notice to our customers who may initially want to use a mobile device, but would choose a different device in this situation.

I apologize, some mobile devices do not have the ability to stream GoTo videos at this time. As a potential workaround, I might suggest sharing YouTube video links for them to watch on their mobile OS separately.
