I am a brand new user. I need to be able to use Unattended Access but cannot get it to function. I can set it up on my client computer but when I try to log back in it asks for Administrator Credentials. I have entered every username and password I have and nothing works. I have set up a Master Administrator and that doesn't work. If I can't get this figured out ASAP I am going to let the free trial run out and find another product. This is way to frustrating, In many ways it is unintuitive and the online help is less than beneficial.

Thank you for your feedback!The target client computer's administrator credential is required in the Unattended Access to be able to reach the client, not your Rescue account's admins or master admins.Happy New Year!
