Issue joining scheduled GoToTraining sessions.

Hi,

My attendee has issue joining the scheduled session in GoToTraining.

It says the training has ended. However, here our training is going on smoothly.

Kindly advice what is the possible cause of this error occur.

Do you have other attendees that are in the same session with no problem?

answer: YES.

Was this attendee in the session for a time and then these messages came up suddenly or is this what they receive as soon as they try to join in.

Hi @ivytan,

The message combined with the "Connection Failed" message behind the front box indicated to me that perhaps this attendee might have some proxy/firewall that is intercepting their connection. Do you have other attendees that are in the same session with no problem? Was this attendee in the session for a time and then these messages came up suddenly, or is this what they receive as soon as they try to join in. They may want to check out our Firewall document (perhaps with IT if available) to make sure nothing we need is getting blocked. They can also try to completely uninstall the GoTo software from their machine, so that it is forced to redownload and reinstall the next time they try and join.
