If an attendee joins ONLY by phone (and does not connect with a computer or mobile device), will they still show up as an attendee? I held a session last week and there were two callers on the line that we didn't even know were there. They didn't show up in the attendee list. How can they use only their phone (such as when they are driving) and still be identified in the attendee list? Is that possible? Thanks!

I apologize, there is not an 'Unidentified Caller' feature yet for GoToTraining. Phone only callers to live GoToTraining broadcasts will not appear on any interface or report, but can still speak / give role call to notify a trainer of their presence.
