Final Test after session ends

I had the final test configured on a recent webinar so participants receive it after the session ends but they say they never received it? Any suggestions? This happend on my last session as well.

Also is there a way to send the final test to participants after the session ends?

Sorry to hear about the GoToTraining failures there.

Although we were unable to reproduce the missing test link, if you have one of the Attendee Follow-up emails sent post-Training, could you send me a private message in the Community so we can get a case together?

I had the same issue. At the end of the live training, the participants saw the evaluation but did not see the test.

So to confirm, in your training settings. you had selected to give the test "After the training session" and no students received it? Or did some did and some did not? The test would open on their screen once you end the training session. Can you describe if some of the students saw this attempted and received some error, or what actually did they experience?

Unfortunately there is not a way to independently resend a test as they are directly linked to a session.
