Was curious because when I go to add a new organizer I get confused by the checkout page. It says it doesn't cost anything at check out but then it says this:

When you see a strikethrough number it may indicate that you are currently on a special promotional discount or similar.
The final buy pages should definitely show you the total before the purchase is made, representing a final confirmation of the price you're agreeing to before the transaction processes.
In your case, after looking up your GoToTraining case history, it appears that we applied some free time to your account so that you could test new features. I will disable this so that you can add additional Organizers once you increase your plan.
