Control panel showing on screen

I started a GTT session from a Mac and shared presenter status with someone using a Windows PC. When I started to view their screen, I saw the Control Panel, which attendees should not be able to see. How can I stop the Control Panel from being visible. Thanks!

What's the DPI / resolution currently set to on your presenting PC monitors?

These are all updated computers. I've tried various options in preferences and labs with no luck. Attached is what I am seeing...

Hi @Marsha2 ,

The GoTo control panel should never be visible to attendees while broadcasting ---- unless there's an abnormal or outdated display setup on the presenter's computer.

Some things to check:

Current display settings (ratio vs. quality / dpi)
Current display connection type
What's being displayed specifically (full screen application Vs. windowed)
Current status of video driver (confirmed by product ID through manufacturer's website)
