Are there any helpful features for organizers that have hearing loss?

Many programs are starting to implement features that help people who have hearing loss. Such as closed captioning. I have pretty significant hearing loss. Is this something you're considering for future development?

I see that GTM has the Smart Meeting Assistant option available now. Do we have a timeline that we can expect this feature to be available for GoToTraining? Especially since GTT is an educational platform.

While we don't have anything currently planned for live closed captioning, we are experimenting to some degree with post-meeting transcription services for GoToMeeting. There should be more information about the transcription functionality for GoToMeeting in the next few weeks.

Organizations in the past have partnered up with various captioning services, as mentioned in this GoToMeeting Community discussion.
