LMI chat applet missing after Windows 10 Creator Upgrade

Please help. LMI chat applet is missing after installation of creators update (1709 and 1803). It says disconnect on my end on LMI queue.

Does anyone have a work around/ Fix for this?

LMI help is not responding.

Hello again!

I think in your case the most obvious solution would be the reinstallation of the Unattended Applets on the impacted machines. If you need further assistance, I kindly ask you to call our contact number.

Hi Yes. We are using Logmein Rescue version 7.12. 3306.
