I often train customers in Canada. I don't see a toll-free option available for them to use. Is this an additional feature we'd have to request?

If you sign into your GoToTraining account, select Settings from the menu on the left and then Edit the Long Distance Numbers, you should see Canada listed. OpenVoice is not required.

I already looked at that thread. So I guess the answer is Yes - it is an additonal product that needs to be purchased (Open Voice). That's not a solution for us, so I guess we'll have to work around it.
