I have a lot of attendees joinat the end of the session so the can capture the link to download the certificates we offer. Is there any way o "close the doors" at a specific point in the webinar so people can't join? That would be so awesome.
@J Newgen It shouldn't be a problem in my experience.
Thanks for the tip @AshC . I didn't realize we could still exit the webinar after it started broadcast. I assume we would get two recording cloud files if it was set to auto-record on broadcast, and we went back in?
@J Newgen I haven't heard of an ETA yet, but I can say you are allowed to restart the webinar itself if you accidentally jump into the session before you're ready.
Our organization is looking for this feature too. Sometimes organizers accidentally start the broadcast early and we would like to lock the webinar, similar to using the meeting lock feature for GoToMeeting. Has anyone heard updates on when this could come to GoToWebinar?
How do I lock a webinar so that late attendees cannot join after the session has started? Thanks.
