Display problems with Office 2016 programs

One of my users is having trouble with Office 2016 applications when logged into her computer (Windows 7 host) over GoToMyPC. Sitting in front of the computer, everything looks fine, but over GoToMyPC the program window flickers constantly like it is trying to refresh the window. I have verified the issue with both Outlook and Excel, and it happens using multiple client computers to access the host. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry, that behavior does sound odd.

Could you specify what hardware (PC + Monitor models) is in use there?

Have you already visited the website of the PC manufacturer to confirm the product ID, and that the video drivers are current?
