Hi
I am asked to check why our learning software stopped working. It uses a GotoTraining API key, and I suspect that key is no longer good.
May I ask how do I check it? I have access to the LogMeIn admin center, but I don't have access to the learning software, because I am a support in this role and not supposed to access the code and the debug log, but I can put up some separate scripts to test it if necessary.
If there isn't a good way to check the API key, then may I ask if there is any way to check which users were deleted recently? I see a list of activies in the "activity history" in the admin center, but there is no name with the user deletion event, it just says "delete user" and "1 user has been deleted".
