We currently have tests attached to all 20+ of our recorded sessions. Due to specific recordkeeping requirements, the process we use to record who receives certificates for continuing education credits has to have all of the registrant information for everyone who submits and passes the tests. (All of our certificates are issued by hand as GTT does not currently offer customizable certificates, but that is a topic for a different discussion.)
While the Test report does tell me who submitted the test, it is only for one recorded session at a time and doesn’t have the rest of the registration info. Using the current report would necessitate a two-step process (download each report and then hunt up the registration info). For the time being, it is more efficient for me to comb through the list of registrants in each recorded session to see who submitted a test during the week. The only thing I miss this way is those who register for a recorded course but wait longer than a week to take/submit the test (I check to see who registered in the previous week). It would be beneficial to have one report that tells us who submitted a test for each course, what the score is/was, and contains all the registration information.
I appreciate you looking into this. I am really hoping that something like this is implemented into a future update in the near term.
