We have an attendee that says he has attended the last two webinars but the report keeps saying he has only logged in twice but only attened for 1 minute (he says he has attended the whole webinar and only logged in once). What is going wrong? Is this at GoToWebinars end or his, as it is working fine for everyone else on the webinars
If you have some select attendees experiencing this problem, we'd be very interested to create a full case with them. We have had this same issue with live webinars (we never sorted it out) but you can't call in with simulated live ones
This happens to me all of the time. I find that the attendees just called in, instead of logging in. I don't know if that's possible with a simulated live webinar or not....
There wasn't any questions asked by anyone during the webinar and we don't use polls
This was a slimulated live webinar.
@CharMezAPS What could be hapenning with the problem attendee is some sort of local network difficulty. Have you confirmed that they asked Questions or answered Polls during the event?
