Attendee reaches webinar screen but webinar does not start

Hi, I have attendees having issues and they are both on fast fiber connections.

their system checks reveal all systems good with a strong signal
the first attendee has poor quality audio
the second attendee cannot view the webinar and only sees the first screen
both attendees can view recording perfectly

Please tell me how to assist, my registration limit has not been reached and I have performed all necessary checks and tricks I know.

The attendees can see your PowerPoint, desktop, or whatever you have designated GoTo to show?

Hi Chris No, the attendee reaches the screen where our webinar is waiting to start but then nothing changes. They can see our first screen with title.
