How Do I Share My Keynote Presentation Screen Only

Hi,

I understand that I can share the Keynote screen with the dropdown under screen share, but how do I "ONLY" show the slides...without using 'play show'...?

Is there a way to resize, or just select slides...?

@Kauaiguy21 Typically most Organizers will utilize multiple monitors to share one screen while managing the slides and GoTo interface on the other.

If you are working with just one screen, then I would recommend the following actions within Keynote to manage both applications simultaneously:

Open Keynote
Click Keynote from the application menu bar
Click Preferences
Click Slideshow
Select Allow Mission Control, Dashboard and others to use the screen
Restart screen sharing

PowerPoint has a feature where you can show the slide show in a resizable window rather then full screen. This is perfect for webinars when you still need access to other applications on your computer.

Unfortunately, Keynote does not have this feature. You can save your Keynote presentation as a video, or as HTML, or as a PDF and play them back in another program, but it is not the same as presenting directly in Keynote.
