Delay between image and sound in a recording

Hi,

In the last webinar I have recorded, there is a quite big lag between the recorded images and sound (around 1 min!). The images are a power-point file. No camera is used. An excellent connection was used (with cable).

I have two questions:

1) Which are the recommendations for this specific video?

2) How to avoid a same issue to happen in the coming webinars?

In the meantime, anything I can do to avoid this to happen again? Having good quality recordings is very important to us.

Thank you. I am checking internally to see if there is any way to convert an online recording a second time, like you can with local recordings. If this is not possible, you may have to download a copy of the recording that could be worked on.

Is this a local recording (made and converted on your computer), or a cloud recording?
